At Implexis, we do not simply focus on behaviour, as though safety happens in a vacuum. Instead we take a more holistic approach  which looks at the individual as well as the organisation’s culture and the working environment. 
We look at the workplace based on the training and development of staff, this includes their understanding of stress, sleep, nutrition and movement. 
We look at how employees can have a sense of control, empowerment and engagement, and we provide practical tools and techniques that the organisation can use to encourage and embed these behaviours. 
We develop exceptional leaders, leaders who see their role as a coach and mentor, based on the principles of servant leadership. It is this approach that makes us stand out, but it is not just us who believes this. 
This approach is supported by the World Health Organisation model of a healthy workplace and it is one that can help staff, the organisation and the organisations “bottom-line”.

Implexis means interwoven and interwoven is how we see organisational culture. We help our clients to understand each individual strand of their culture, in order to improve it as a whole.

We understand the impact that leaders have on an organisation and the importance of providing practical tools for leaders to utiilse in order to make a marked improvement on the culture. 

We see the limitations of perception-based approaches, as these are just opinion. Instead, we apply an evidence-based approach to everything that we do.
